• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation
• Pool access from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• An environmental tax of $4.40 USD per night will be charged at the Front Desk
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
Noise disturbances will not be tolerated and will result in you vacating the premises.

Pre-Payment Policy: To secure your booking, we require a 30%pre-payment at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due 5 days before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 5 days of your arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
